Need assistance with installing and updating WPConsent WordPress plugin on 4 websites

My client's 4 WordPress websites need to have the the WPConsent WordPress plugin installed so that all tracking cookies are blocked until consent is granted via the banner. I have already purchased the Pro version of the plugin and installed in on the websites. I just need an experienced developer to make sure it is set up properly and blocking all scripts / cookies on the sites via the built in settings of the plugin.
