We're looking for an experienced AI Automation Engineer to help design and build intelligent AI-powered solutions for businesses across multiple industries. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys solving real business problems with modern AI technologies and automation platforms. You'll work on AI Agents, conversational AI, workflow automation, and custom AI applications that improve business processes and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Design and develop AI Agents and multi-agent workflows. Build AI chatbots and conversational AI solutions for business use cases. Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems using vector databases. Integrate GPT-5, Claude, Gemini, and other LLMs into production applications. Create workflow automations using n8n, Make.com, and Zapier. Build Voice AI solutions using platforms such as Vapi, Retell AI, or Twilio. Develop backend services using Python, FastAPI, REST APIs, and webhooks. Connect AI solutions with CRMs, databases, and third-party platforms. Optimize prompts, agent workflows, response quality, and system performance. Collaborate on solution architecture and translate business requirements into scalable implementations. Required Skills Strong Python development experience. Hands-on experience with modern LLMs such as GPT-5, Claude, or Gemini. Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar AI frameworks. Building AI Agents, AI Assistants, and custom AI applications. Prompt engineering and AI workflow design. RAG architecture, embeddings, and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, or similar). Automation platforms including n8n, Make.com, or Zapier. API integrations, webhooks, and third-party service integration. Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Docker and deployment of scalable backend services. Nice to Have Experience building AI SaaS products. Voice AI, speech-to-text, and AI calling systems. React, Next.js, and Node.js development. Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP). Experience delivering enterprise AI solutions.
