We are looking to become major player in this industry fast. The core skills would be: Backend engineering - Python, TypeScript/Node.js, Java, or Go Building APIs, databases, queues, scheduled jobs, and workflow engines, Managing account states, audit logs, retries, failures, and approval steps and OAuth 2.0 and Browser permitted workflows Playwright, Selenium, or Puppeteer Reliable form automation and session management Cloud and scalability AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure Docker, Kubernetes, serverless functions, Redis, and message queues Designing systems capable of processing thousands of authorised tasks without duplicating actions or corrupting data Security Encrypting credentials and tokens Secrets management, access controls, and audit trails Protecting personal information and preventing account takeover Secure multi-tenant architecture if different clients use the system Observability and reliability Logging, monitoring, dashboards, and alerts Detecting failed logins, expired tokens, suspended integrations, and abnormal activity Automated testing and incident recovery The strongest hiring profile would be a senior backend or automation engineer with API-integration and cloud experience
