Senior Product Manager / Product & Implementation Lead for AI Operational Intelligence Platform

We are building an AI-powered Operational Intelligence Platform that helps organizations connect communications, workflows, business data, knowledge, and AI agents into a single operational system. Our mission is to help teams understand what is happening across their business, identify what requires attention, and coordinate execution more effectively. We are looking for a hands-on Product Manager who is comfortable working directly with founders, customers, designers, and engineers. This is not a traditional enterprise Product Manager role. We need someone who enjoys building products from ambiguity, talking to customers, shaping product direction, and helping drive successful implementations. Responsibilities Product Management * Define product requirements, workflows, and user experiences * Prioritize roadmap initiatives * Work closely with engineering and design teams * Translate customer needs into clear product decisions * Shape the evolution of an AI-first SaaS platform * Drive product adoption and customer value Customer Discovery * Conduct customer interviews and feedback sessions * Understand business processes and operational challenges * Validate product assumptions * Identify opportunities for product improvements * Organize and prioritize customer feedback Beta Programs & Customer Implementation * Coordinate beta customer onboarding * Lead product demos and training sessions * Help customers configure and adopt the platform * Track issues, requests, and adoption metrics * Coordinate release and update communications * Serve as the bridge between customers and the product team Requirements * 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Solutions Consulting, Customer Success, Implementation, or similar roles * Experience working with B2B SaaS products * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills * Ability to work directly with both technical and non-technical audiences * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Experience creating product requirements, workflows, and user stories * Excellent written and spoken English Preferred Experience * CRM, ERP, Operations, Workflow Automation, Project Management, or Productivity platforms * AI-powered products, copilots, agents, or automation systems * Startup or scale-up environments * Customer onboarding and implementation programs * Beta program management * APIs, integrations, cloud platforms, and modern SaaS architectures What We’re Looking For We’re looking for a product builder, not a project coordinator.
