Senior React Frontend Engineer – Implement Modern SaaS UI (Figma → React)

We're looking for an experienced React frontend engineer to lead the implementation of a complete redesign of our AI-powered SaaS platform. Our backend platform is already built and in production. We have completed a high-fidelity Figma redesign and are looking for someone to bring it to life while preserving the existing business logic and backend architecture. This is NOT a greenfield project or a website build. You'll be working within an existing production React application. ABOUT US: Dwellci is an AI-powered geospatial platform that helps real estate developers evaluate land before design begins. Our platform combines AI, geospatial data, zoning regulations, and feasibility analysis to answer one simple question: "What can I build here?" The application includes interactive maps, parcel selection, feasibility analysis, reporting, billing, and an administrative dashboard. PROJECT SCOPE: You'll be responsible for implementing the new frontend, including: - Build a reusable Material UI design system - Implement the new application shell and navigation - Implement pixel-perfect Figma designs - Dashboard - Project Management - Site Discovery (interactive Mapbox workspace) - Site Feasibility workspace - Reports & Export - Account & Billing - Admin Dashboard - Responsive layouts - Integration with existing backend APIs The backend architecture, authentication, APIs, and business logic already exist and will largely remain unchanged. You'll work closely with our backend engineer throughout the project. TECH STACK: Frontend: React, TypeScript, Material UI (MUI), React Query, Zustand, React Router, React Hook Form, Mapbox GL, Three.js, Recharts Backend: Express, Firebase Authentication, Firestore, Google Cloud Platform WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We're looking for someone who: - Has extensive React and TypeScript experience. - Has implemented production-quality interfaces from Figma. - Has built custom Material UI themes and reusable component libraries. - Writes clean, maintainable, scalable code. - Is comfortable working within an existing codebase rather than rewriting everything. - Communicates well and enjoys collaborating with a small startup team. Experience with Mapbox GL, Three.js, or GIS applications is a strong plus.
