Web Developer (Spanish Native) for a Pregnancy & Postpartum Health App — Next.js + Supabase

Buget: $150.0 FIXED / ⭐ 5.00 (2) Ecuador

next.js, responsive-design, web-programming

We built an Android MVP for pregnant women and new mothers, and it validated well. Now we want a web version so more people can use it without installing anything. The web app should let a user set up a simple profile, see their current week of pregnancy or postpartum, read weekly info screens, track symptoms and weight, get appointment reminders, and reach a specialist by phone or a click-to-chat messaging link. Features: - Profile setup (name, due date or baby's birth date) - Home screen showing current pregnancy week or postpartum week - Weekly info screens (pregnancy weeks 1–40, postpartum weeks 1–12) - Appointment reminders - Simple symptom and weight tracking - Specialist contact screen (phone number + click-to-chat messaging link) - Settings (edit profile, delete all data) Tech: - Next.js - Supabase - Clean, mobile-first responsive design (most users will be on their phones) One thing I'd like your input on: our original app stored all data locally on the device, with no cloud or tracking, for privacy. On web that's trickier. I'd like your advice on the best approach. Keep it local in the browser for privacy, or use Supabase for accounts and cross-device sync? Tell me what you'd recommend and why. Deliverables: - Deployed, working web app - Source code in a private Git repo - Short README with setup instructions - Tested on mobile and desktop browsers When you apply, please include: - 1–2 live web apps you've built (send links, not just screenshots) - Your recommendation on the data storage question above - Your fixed price and timeline Please write "PRENATAL-WEB" at the top of your proposal so I know you read this.
