Wind Load Certification for 2 Pergolas

I have two non-commercial pergolas already installed and mounted on a newly built one-story steel rooftop deck. Each unit sits installed on four factory aluminum inserts that are through-bolted to the deck; the pergola posts are anchored to those inserts with single 10" bolts at the base...
