#16 Long‑Term n8n Automation Engineer – Work Alongside CRM & Telephony Specialists (Multi‑Year)

We are seeking a highly skilled n8n Automation Engineer for a long-term, multi-year role. We need a consistent partner to design, build, and maintain advanced automation workflows that drive operations for customer service, sales, marketing, and social media across multiple businesses. You will join a collaborative engineering team, working alongside a Frappe CRM engineer and a telephony engineer (FreePBX/FusionPBX). Your focus will be on high-level orchestration, connecting CRMs, AI voice agents, messaging platforms, and data systems. Key Responsibilities: n8n Configuration & Workflow Development: Optimize and expand our self-hosted n8n environment. Complex Workflow Automation: Build workflows for AI voice agents, telephony/SMS, and multi-channel messaging. Dograh AI Platform: Design, build, and manage AI assistants, workflows, and configurations within the Dograh AI platform (similar to Vapi.ai). This is a mandatory requirement. CRM Integrations: Seamless integration with Frappe CRM (mandatory) and other platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, and Monday. Cross-Platform Orchestration: Build complex flows connecting webhooks, databases, websites, calendars, and platforms such as Telegram, Slack, WhatsApp, Signal, WeChat, Google Sheets, Airtable, Notion, and cloud storage. Monitoring & Debugging: Proactively troubleshoot to ensure maximum reliability. Required Skills: n8n Expertise: Expert-level ability to build and debug complex workflows. Dograh AI Platform: Proven, hands-on experience building assistants and workflows within Dograh (or similar platforms like Vapi.ai). Frappe CRM: Deep knowledge of its data model, API, and custom modules. Broad Integration Experience: Experience with major CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) and messaging platforms (Telegram, Slack, WhatsApp). API & Coding: Strong experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and custom JavaScript/Python logic within n8n. AI & Voice: Experience with OpenAI/GPT APIs and AI voice platforms. Communication: Clear, proactive English and availability for daily collaboration during EST hours (6:00 AM – 4:00 PM). Compensation & Benefits: Retainer: $300 USD/month to start, with a clear path for significant increases.
