The kind of systems our agents run: Voice agents that answer calls and speak naturally with customers Reading and sorting incoming requests from email and web Creating and updating records directly in a client's CRM Booking and managing appointments with no clashes Drafting responses for the client to approve, with a human always in control Full logging, so every action can be traced The work varies by project: Some builds run entirely on automation tools such as n8n, Make or Zapier Some need custom Python, for logic that off-the-shelf tools cannot handle Many need both, automation tools for the plumbing and Python for the parts that matter We match developers to projects based on what each build actually needs. What we are looking for: Experience building AI agents, voice automation, or workflow systems Comfort with Python and API integrations Ability to work to a clear brief and document what you build Reliability and clear communication How we start: with a paid trial task at $50, so we can both see the fit before committing to ongoing work.
