AI Automation Specialist (Business Process Automation & AI Integration)

Job Type: Contract / Part-Time (Potential Long-Term Opportunity) Job Description: We are seeking an experienced AI Automation Specialist to help automate business processes, improve operational efficiency, and implement AI-driven solutions across our organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AI tools, workflow automation platforms, APIs, and business process optimization. You will be responsible for identifying manual tasks, designing automation workflows, and implementing scalable AI solutions that save time and reduce operational costs. Responsibilities: Analyze existing business processes and identify automation opportunities. Design and implement AI-powered workflows and automations. Integrate AI tools with business applications such as CRM, accounting, project management, and communication platforms. Build automated systems for data entry, reporting, customer communication, document processing, and workflow management. Develop AI agents and assistants for internal business operations. Create dashboards, reporting systems, and automated analytics. Integrate APIs and third-party applications. Maintain and optimize existing automations. Document workflows and provide training to team members. Preferred Skills & Experience: Experience with AI platforms such as: OpenAI Claude AI Google Gemini Strong experience with automation platforms: Make.com Zapier n8n API integration experience. Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or similar scripting languages. Experience with CRM, ERP, Accounting, and Project Management software integrations. Familiarity with AI Agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, and LLM workflows. Strong problem-solving and business process analysis skills.
