Overview We're looking for a highly skilled AI & Automation Specialist or AI Automation Agency to help us build, optimize, and scale AI-powered business automation systems. This is a long-term opportunity for an experienced team or agency that can take ownership of technical projects and deliver production-ready automation solutions. About the Role You'll be responsible for designing and implementing AI-driven workflows, automation systems, internal tools, and data collection pipelines that improve operational efficiency across multiple business functions. You'll work with modern AI technologies including Large Language Models (LLMs), automation platforms, Python, and no-code/low-code tools to create scalable business solutions. Key Responsibilities AI & Automation Design, build, and maintain automation workflows using: Make.com Apify APIs and third-party integrations Build AI-powered workflows using: OpenAI APIs Hugging Face Relevance AI Vector databases (preferred) Optimize business operations through intelligent automation. Python Development Develop internal tools and automation utilities using Python. Build scripts for data processing, workflow automation, and reporting. Maintain scalable, well-documented codebases. Web Scraping & Data Collection Develop robust web scraping solutions. Gather and process market, pricing, competitor, and business intelligence data. Handle structured and unstructured datasets. AI Applications Build interactive AI applications using: Streamlit Gradio Develop dashboards, internal AI tools, and proof-of-concept applications. Project Execution Take ownership of delegated technical projects. Translate business requirements into technical solutions. Deliver projects on time with high-quality standards. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Innovation Continuously evaluate new AI tools and automation platforms. Recommend technologies that improve scalability and operational efficiency. Stay current with emerging AI and automation trends.
