API Integration Specialist – API Setu

We're a verification technology company integrating government-source identity and document checks into our existing platform. Our API Setu onboarding is complete — account, credentials, and access are provisioned, so no registration work is involved. You'll integrate several API Setu endpoints; the specific list and scope are shared under NDA. Scope (per API): OAuth2 / consent-flow implementation per API Setu requirements Documented service layer with retry, rate-limit, and error handling Request/response logging and audit trail Response mapping into our internal schema Sandbox testing, then production cutover. API integrations must be secure, resilient, rate-limited, fully logged and auditable, with standardized response mapping into internal data models. You should have: Proven Indian government API integrations (API Setu, DigiLocker, UIDAI, or similar) — cite examples Strong backend skills (Node.js / Python / Java — specify your stack) Solid OAuth2, consent architecture, and secure PII handling REST, webhooks, and async job handling. Nice to have: verification/KYC/fintech/HR-tech experience; DPDP Act 2023 awareness; ISO 27001-aligned practices. Deliverables: working integrations in staging, technical docs, test reports, and a knowledge-transfer session.
