Build AI Equity Trading Bot for IBKR – Claude Fable 5 + Full Setup & Training

I am looking for an experienced algorithmic trading developer to build a fully automated AI-powered equity trading bot that connects to my Interactive Brokers (IBKR) account. The bot should be powered by Claude Fable 5 (Anthropic) for intelligent strategy generation, decision-making, and adaptability. It must support pre-market, regular market hours, and post-market trading on US equities.
