Build an AI-Powered WhatsApp Knowledge Assistant (OpenAI + RAG)

Title: Build a WhatsApp AI Knowledge Assistant (OpenAI + Google Drive) We are looking for an experienced AI engineer to build a WhatsApp-based knowledge assistant for an internal members' organization. Project Scope The assistant should: - Integrate with WhatsApp Business. - Use OpenAI to answer questions from a Google Drive knowledge base. - Read PDFs, Google Docs, and Google Sheets. - Provide accurate answers with references to the relevant document. - Allow non-technical admins to update the knowledge base by simply adding or editing files in Google Drive. - Include a simple way to refresh or sync the knowledge base after updates. - Escalate questions when the AI is not confident. Preferred Experience - OpenAI API - WhatsApp Business API - RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) - Vector databases - Python or Node.js - LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks - n8n or Make (preferred) Budget Fixed Budget: Up to INR 50,000.
