Build React learning platform with payments, CRM & PostHog analytics

Project Overview Soul Swara is an online violin learning platform. We have a complete, high-fidelity React prototype covering the full marketing site and student dashboard — all pages designed, all copy written, all flows mapped. We need an experienced full-stack developer to turn this prototype into a live, production-ready web application. This is not a design job — design, UX, and content are done. This is a build-and-integrate job: stand up the backend, wire the front end to real data, and connect three third-party systems (payments, CRM, analytics). What's Already Done Full React prototype: marketing site (home, curriculum, methodology, pricing, shop, community) + logged-in student dashboard All copy, layout, and visual design finalized Component structure and page flows ready to reference/reuse Starting Point & AI-Assisted Development We'll hand off the initial codebase generated via Claude (Claude's design-to-code pipeline, pushed through Claude Code) — this gives you a working first-pass implementation of the front end to build from, not a blank slate. You're expected to use AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, etc.) as part of your workflow to move quickly and keep code quality high — this is an AI-assisted build, not a fully manual one. You'll extend, refactor, and productionize that starting codebase rather than rebuilding from scratch. What You'll Build Backend & Database Set up backend infrastructure (Supabase preferred, or propose alternative with justification) Data models for: users/students, courses/lessons, enrollment & progress tracking, orders/subscriptions, leads Authentication (student login/signup, session management) Host and deploy (backend + DB + front end) Payment Gateway Integration Integrate Razorpay (primary, India) and/or Stripe for international Support subscription billing (recurring plans) and one-time purchases (shop items) Handle webhooks for payment success/failure/renewal, update enrollment/access accordingly Basic invoicing/receipt flow CRM Integration Connect lead capture forms (contact, trial signup, waitlist) to a CRM (HubSpot or similar — open to recommendations) Sync student lifecycle events (signup, purchase, churn) to CRM records Ensure no leads are lost between front end and CRM Analytics (PostHog) Implement PostHog across marketing site and dashboard Track key events: page views, signup, trial start, purchase, course progress milestones, drop-off points Set up basic funnels/dashboards for conversion tracking Front-End Build-Out Convert prototype into production React app (clean component structure, responsive) Wire dashboard to real backend data (replace static/demo data with live state) Implement the two dashboard states already designed (Guided plan vs Self-Paced plan) Tech Preferences React (required) Backend: Supabase strongly preferred; open to Node/Express + PostgreSQL if you have strong reasoning Clean, documented code — we may bring in other developers post-launch Deliverables Fully deployed, live web app (front end + backend + DB) Payment gateway processing real transactions CRM receiving and syncing lead/customer data PostHog tracking live events with a working dashboard Basic documentation: architecture overview, environment setup, how to deploy updates What We Need From You Portfolio examples of similar builds (React + payments + CRM/analytics integration) Your recommended backend/hosting approach if different from Supabase Estimated timeline broken into milestones (backend setup → payments → CRM/analytics → QA/launch) Clear, proactive communication — we'll do a kickoff call to align on architecture before you start building Timeline: Looking to launch within 4–6 weeks of kickoff.
