Milestone 1: gBrain Installation & Postgres Setup Deploy Postgres/PGLite container and install gBrain Docker container, then verify it's running and healthy. Payment: 20% Milestone 2: Connect Hermes webui to Hermes Agent Backend Wire the Hermes web interface to the Hermes agent backend so the web UI actually communicates with the agent. Payment: 20% Milestone 3: Hermes + gBrain MCP Configuration Configure Hermes to connect to gBrain via MCP protocol, test that Hermes can query gBrain, and document the configuration. Payment: 25% Milestone 4: Obsidian Installation & Configuration Install Obsidian on the VPS, configure it to integrate with gBrain, and set up the vault structure. Payment: 20% Milestone 5: End-to-End Testing & Documentation Run full end-to-end tests (Hermes webui → Hermes agent → gBrain → Obsidian), document the entire setup, create troubleshooting guides, and explain how to maintain the system.
