Full-Stack Developer — Build V1.0 of an AI-Powered Rental App (Supabase + React Native)

I'm building Sia, an AI-powered rental app that consolidates apartment rental platforms under a single platform. I already have a scraping backend, writing to Google Sheets via n8n, and a static HTML design mock for the frontend. I need a freelancer to build v1.0 end-to-end. I work AI-first and use Claude Code daily. I expect the same from the freelancer. Anthropic API key provided for the engagement. V1.0 use case (end-to-end) A user downloads the app from the App Store or Play Store, signs up with email and password, sets their apartment preferences (natural language input or a standard filter form - user's choice), and receives real-time push notifications when a new listing matching their preferences appears in the database. Listings are consolidated from local apartment rental platform in my country. Stack (non-negotiable) Database + Auth: Supabase Backend orchestration: n8n Mobile: React Native + Expo Backend language: Node.js / TypeScript AI: Claude Code (API key provided) Paid trial (required before full engagement) Hiring 2 candidates in parallel, keeping the best one. Trial deliverable: take a CSV I provide with raw data from my apartment scraper, design a Supabase schema, load the data in, and send a daily digest email to one hardcoded test user with matching listings based on 3 hardcoded preferences (city, max price, min rooms).
