Full-Stack Developer Needed – Next.js App + n8n Automation + AI Integration

Hi, I run a small SaaS product that helps real estate agents manage leads. Right now I have a manual process where our team copies lead data from a Typeform submission into our CRM (HubSpot) and then sends a follow-up email via Gmail, this takes us 20–30 minutes per lead and we're dropping the ball on response time. What I need built: 1.⁠ ⁠An n8n workflow that triggers on a new Typeform submission, maps fields to HubSpot contact properties, and creates/updates the contact automatically. 2.⁠ ⁠A Gmail automation inside n8n that fires a personalized follow-up email to the lead using a template I'll provide (with dynamic fields like first name, property interest, agent name). 3.⁠ ⁠A simple Next.js dashboard page (one route, no auth needed for now) where I can see recent submissions in a clean table — pulling data from Supabase where n8n will log each lead. 4.⁠ ⁠Basic error handling — if HubSpot or Gmail fails, log it to Supabase and send me a Slack notification. I have a Supabase project already set up with a leads table. I'll share credentials and environment details with whoever I hire via a secure doc. I'm NOT looking for over-engineering. Clean, readable code. Good variable names. A short Loom walkthrough at the end is a big plus.
