The freelancer must verify:
Whether overseas candidates are accepted.
Whether visa sponsorship or relocation is available.
Whether local GCC experience is mandatory.
Required certifications.
Shift, on-call and weekend requirements.
Salary information where available.
Employer legitimacy.
Whether recruitment fees are being requested from candidates.
Do not apply to roles that clearly require existing GCC residency, a transferable local visa or nationality-specific eligibility unless I satisfy the requirement.
Responsibilities
The selected freelancer will:
Review my Linux Administrator CV, technical portfolio and professional profiles.
Recommend realistic GCC job titles and seniority levels.
Identify which GCC countries and industries offer the strongest fit.
Build an approved employer and job-source list.
Search employer career sites and appropriate regional platforms.
Evaluate every role for technical fit, relocation, visa eligibility and experience requirements.
Send suitable positions for my approval during the pilot.
Tailor my résumé for each approved role.
Prepare accurate application answers and cover notes.
Maintain a detailed application tracker.
Save the job description and all submitted documents.
Recommend recruiter outreach where appropriate.
Review campaign results and adjust the strategy.
Résumé positioning
The résumé must honestly present me as an early-career candidate with extensive hands-on laboratory and portfolio work.
The freelancer must not represent:
Training as full-time enterprise employment.
Labs as client production environments.
Security projects as years of professional system-administration experience.
Exposure to a technology as advanced professional expertise.
Application restrictions
Manual and quality-controlled applications only.
No bots or bulk application tools.
No applying without reviewing visa and location requirements.
No fees paid to recruiters or employers.
No account-password sharing.
No fabricated GCC experience, local residency, salary, notice period or visa status.
I will confirm all legal, relocation and work-authorization answers.
Initial paid pilot
The pilot will include:
Linux/IT positioning review.
Recommended titles and GCC-country priorities.
Employer and job-source strategy.
Eight approved job applications.
A tailored résumé for every application.
Role-specific cover notes where useful.
Complete tracking and document copies.
A short report explaining unsuitable roles that were rejected.
Expected duration: 7–10 calendar days, subject to the availability of genuinely suitable vacancies.
Required experience
GCC technical recruitment or reverse recruiting.
Experience with Linux, infrastructure, IT support or cloud-support positions.
Understanding of visa sponsorship and overseas-candidate restrictions.
Technical résumé tailoring.
Strong written English.
Employer-verification and job-scam awareness.
Manual, evidence-based application work.
