LOD-500 BIM Model with Coordinated Shop Drawings

I have an existing LOD-300 BIM model that spans architecture, structure, MEPF, infrastructure, landscape and several specialist packages.which have around 2cr budget. I now need the entire model lifted to true LOD-500 and paired with fully coordinated shop drawings...
