Marketplace Website Developer for Construction Materials Platform (MVP)

We are seeking an experienced website developer to build the MVP of an online marketplace focused on buying and selling surplus construction materials. The platform will allow users to create accounts, post material listings with photos, search available materials, and connect buyers with sellers. An admin dashboard will be required to manage listings, users, and sponsored advertisements. Preference will be given to developers who have experience building marketplace websites and who can leverage existing marketplace frameworks or themes to reduce development time and cost.
