Need wordpress Brevo Expert & speed expert

We need an expert who can set up Brevo mailing so that our email subscribers receive all of “Today’s Story” at the end of each day. We also need an expert who can fix render-blocking requests and implement efficient cache lifetimes to improve our website’s performance score. In addition, we want to ensure our files are not publicly accessible. We currently use WP Super Cache, Autoptimize, and Cloudflare.
