Project Brief: WooCommerce Website Build for Corporate Promotional Products Business About the business We are a Dubai-based corporate promotional products / corporate gifts distributor (brandersonline.com), serving UAE/GCC clients since 2006. We currently operate on a rented distributor platform (SageWorld) which is expensive and limited for accounts based outside the USA. We are moving to our own WooCommerce site on GoDaddy (WordPress Hosting Ultimate plan) for full control and lower cost. What makes this business different from a typical online store Most of our products are not sold as fixed-price, ready stock — they are quoted per order because they're imported/customized. However, we do have some stock and supplier relationships that support fixed pricing for part of the catalog. The site needs to support three different sales models on one platform: Fixed-price, in-stock items — products we buy in bulk via our 1688.com supplier relationships and import via our freight forwarder (Sino Shipping) into UAE stock. These should work as a normal instant "add to cart and buy" WooCommerce flow. Semi-live catalog pricing — blank apparel products sourced from two US suppliers, Sanmar.com and SSactivewear.com, both of which offer live inventory/pricing data feeds. Ideally these show current pricing/stock rather than static prices, though a simpler static-catalog version is acceptable for phase 1. Custom quote requests — bulk or fully customized orders (logo printing, embroidery, specialty items) that cannot have a fixed price. These need a structured quote-request form (product, quantity, imprint/customization type, deadline) instead of the current unstructured email/WhatsApp back-and-forth.
