React developer for dashboard and front end build

We are building the front end for a web application and need a strong React developer to help us ship a clean, responsive interface. The backend API is ready, so this role is focused on the client side. The work includes building a dashboard with charts and tables, forms with proper validation, reusable components, and state management for data that updates often. We use React 18 with TypeScript and Tailwind. Experience with React Query or a similar data fetching layer is important. We value attention to detail, smooth interactions, and components that other developers can pick up easily. To start we estimate around two to three weeks of work, with a good chance of continued work afterward.
