Resolve Meta Ad Aspect Error

My 9:16 ecommerce video keeps getting kicked back by Meta Ads Manager with an “incorrect aspect-ratio” warning even though the file itself is compliant. The clip is an MP4, I have already tried exporting it at several resolutions, and the rejection still happens...
