TikTok Shop Setup & (Potential Management) Specialist Needed for UK-Based Company

We are seeking an experienced freelancer to help set up, manage, and grow a TikTok Shop for our UK-based company. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in e-commerce, TikTok Shop management, product listings, and social media marketing. You should understand how TikTok works as both a content platform and a sales channel, with the ability to create strategies that drive visibility, engagement, and conversions. Responsibilities: Set up and optimize our TikTok Shop Create and manage product listings Develop engaging TikTok content ideas to promote products Optimize shop performance to increase traffic and sales Monitor analytics and recommend improvements Support with product promotions, campaigns, and TikTok trends Ensure all listings and content are aligned with our brand Requirements: Proven experience with TikTok Shop, preferably in the UK market Strong understanding of e-commerce and social media marketing Experience creating or planning engaging TikTok content Knowledge of product listing optimization Ability to analyze performance and improve sales strategy Excellent communication and reliability Nice to Have: Experience working with UK-based brands Knowledge of influencer or affiliate marketing on TikTok Experience with paid TikTok ads Basic graphic or video editing skills We are looking for someone who is proactive, creative, and results-driven.
