Build an AI-Powered Document Search & Q&A Assistant Using FastAPI and LLMs

I’m looking for an AI developer to build a simple document question-answering application. The application should allow users to upload one or more PDF documents and ask questions in natural language. The assistant should retrieve the most relevant document sections before generating accurate responses. The goal is to demonstrate an AI-powered retrieval workflow rather than simply sending the entire document to an LLM.
