Omni-Bingo Go Mode — Automated Trial & Scheduling System Project Type: Fixed-price enhancement to an existing web application Target Budget: $500 Experience: Intermediate full-stack developer Project Overview Omni-Bingo is an existing interactive music bingo platform. We need an experienced developer to add Go Mode, a turnkey trial and scheduling system designed for restaurants, event venues, and prospective business partners. Our objective is a set-and-forget experience. Omni-Bingo administrators configure everything in advance, and the business owner simply accesses a prepared game without technical setup. Important: This is NOT a new application. We want to reuse the existing gameplay engine, Supabase database, account plans, QR joining, sponsor controls, music packs, and payment settings. Required Features 1. Automated Game Scheduling - Schedule games by date and time. - Support recurring weekly games. - Automatically prepare scheduled games using existing gameplay functionality. - Apply preset music packs, sponsors, and player limits. - Prevent duplicate games after server restarts. - Allow administrators to edit or cancel schedules. 2. Trial Account Configuration - Create trial access for individual business prospects. - Set trial start and expiration dates. - Configure permitted games, music packs, sponsors, payments, and printing. - Enforce trial limits automatically. 3. Ready-to-Use Launch Page - Provide one simple page for each trial. - Generate Player, Host, and DJ QR codes. - Secure Host/DJ access against unauthorized use. - Display scheduled game information. - Provide printable QR materials. 4. Player Recovery - Add a Host-assisted "Re-Issue to Player" function. - Restore original cards and markings after a device change or browser-data loss. - Support multiple cards without duplicating players or transactions. - Make recovery available in both Trial Mode and regular gameplay. 5. Basic Administration - Create and manage trial configurations. - View scheduled games and expiration dates. - Extend, pause, or cancel trials. - Reuse configurations for additional prospects. Technical Requirements Experience with React, TypeScript, Supabase, PostgreSQL, and API integration is preferred. The developer must inspect the existing application before making changes, reuse existing code wherever possible, and work in a safe development environment. Existing gameplay must remain operational. Deliverables - Working Go Mode integrated into Omni-Bingo. - Automated one-time and recurring game scheduling. - Configurable trial accounts and restrictions. - Secure QR launch page. - Host-assisted player recovery. - Basic administrator controls. - Testing, deployment instructions, and source-code handoff. Advanced analytics, complex dashboards, and additional gameplay features are outside this initial project. Project Expectations We prefer a fixed-price agreement with clearly defined milestones. Final acceptance: We can configure a restaurant's weekly Omni-Bingo schedule in advance, and each game is automatically prepared and ready for the authorized Host/DJ to operate without the restaurant owner performing technical setup.
