Full-Stack Developer (SaaS Real Estate Platform)

We are a fast-growing startup building a modern SaaS platform that helps real estate professionals streamline property management, lead tracking, customer communication, and transaction workflows. We are looking for a talented Full-Stack Developer to help build, maintain, and scale our web and mobile applications. What You'll Do * Develop and maintain responsive web and mobile applications used by real estate agents, brokers, investors, and property managers. * Build intuitive user interfaces that provide a seamless experience across desktop and mobile devices. * Design and develop scalable backend services, APIs, and database solutions. * Implement new features that improve property management, lead generation, CRM functionality, document management, and reporting. * Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance bottlenecks, and system issues. * Optimize applications for speed, reliability, scalability, and security. * Collaborate closely with product, design, and business teams to transform ideas into valuable product features. * Participate in architectural decisions and contribute to the overall product roadmap. * Ensure data security, compliance, and best practices across the platform. Required Skills * Strong experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Next.js, Angular, or Vue.js. * Experience building backend applications using Node.js, NestJS, Python, .NET, Java, or similar technologies. * Solid understanding of REST APIs, databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB), and cloud platforms. * Experience integrating third-party APIs and services. * Familiarity with authentication, authorization, and application security best practices. * Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and modern development workflows. * Ability to work independently and solve complex technical problems. Nice to Have * Experience building SaaS products. * Experience working in the real estate, property management, mortgage, or PropTech industry. * Knowledge of CRM systems, workflow automation, GIS/mapping integrations, or document management systems. * Experience with AI-powered features, automation, or data analytics.
