Full-Stack SaaS Developer + GoHighLevel Automation Specialist

**About The Project** We are building a white-label client portal and workspace for tax professionals. The platform includes client account creation, branded portals, intake forms, document uploads, team dashboards, user permissions, and CRM automation through GoHighLevel. We are looking for an experienced developer who can help build, improve, and maintain the web application while also supporting GoHighLevel workflows, webhooks, automations, and integrations. **Responsibilities** - Build and improve a custom web application using modern full-stack tools - Support client, admin, and team member login/account access - Help develop secure client portal features, intake forms, dashboards, and document upload flows - Work with backend database logic, user roles, permissions, and multi-tenant access - Connect the web app to GoHighLevel using webhooks, APIs, custom fields, tags, pipelines, and workflows - Help troubleshoot automation and integration issues - Review and improve AI-generated code from tools like Codex when needed - Assist with deployment, testing, and production readiness **Required Experience** - Full-stack web development experience - Experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript, or similar frameworks - Backend/database experience, preferably with Supabase or PostgreSQL - Experience with authentication, user roles, and secure data handling - GoHighLevel experience, especially workflows, automations, pipelines, custom fields, and webhooks - Experience working with APIs and webhook-based integrations - Comfortable using GitHub and deployment tools such as Vercel - Ability to communicate clearly and document work **Preferred Experience** - Experience building SaaS platforms, client portals, CRM integrations, or workflow automation systems - Experience with Supabase Auth, Storage, and Row Level Security - Experience working with sensitive client data - Familiarity with AI coding tools such as Codex, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar **Ideal Fit** The ideal person understands both software development and business automation.
