Live Streaming Operations Engineer

Core Responsibilities (Keep it Stable & Smooth) 1, Maintain our Linux-based media servers (SRS or Nginx-RTMP). 2, Fix ongoing issues like stream drops, freezing, and black screens. 3, Set up auto-reconnect logic and standby loops (so the player never goes black if the source drops). 4, Server Optimization: Optimize server CPU, memory, and bandwidth usage on GCP to ensure smooth HLS (m3u8) playback for end-users. Job Requirements： 1, Linux Basics: Good command of Linux (Ubuntu/CentOS) command lines. Ability to use Docker and write basic Shell or Python scripts. 2, Streaming Protocols: Familiar with RTMP and HLS (m3u8). Experience using FFmpeg commands and SRS (Simple Realtime Server) or Nginx-RTMP. 3, IPTV Experience (Preferred): Previous experience with IPTV ecosystems (Xtream Codes, XUI One) or running live stream re-streaming servers.
