Looking for AI Automation Specialist to Build Backend Systems for My Coaching Support Business

I'm an Online Business Manager — I work behind the scenes of female coaches and course creators handling everything from Kajabi builds to launch organisation to community management. I wear a lot of hats and I'm good at all of it, but I'm at capacity and need smarter systems so I can take on more clients without burning out. I need someone to help me build AI-powered automations that take the repetitive backend work off my plate — things I do manually right now that honestly shouldn't require a human. What I have in mind: Automated client intake and project kickoff workflows AI-assisted content repurposing (my clients give me voice notes — I want a pipeline that turns these into drafted content for review) Onboarding sequences that run themselves once a new client signs Task and project status updates pulled into a central dashboard Possibly a light voice AI or chat assistant for client-facing FAQs Platforms in play: Kajabi, Circle, Canva (client side) Notion, Google Workspace (my side) Open to whatever tools make sense I'm not super technical but I know what good systems feel like. I need someone who can translate what I do into automations that actually work — and explain it to me clearly at the end.
