Need to add a few features to a React + .net web app

Full-Stack Developer Needed (React + .NET) – Hotel RFID Card Encoder API & Testing Dashboard We are looking for an experienced React + .NET developer to build a production-ready REST API and a simple web-based testing dashboard for a hotel RFID card encoder. We already have: Vendor DLL Working C# source code Fully functional card encoder integration The existing code already supports: Read card Write room card Write floor card Write master card Write staff card Write security card Cancel (lost) card Clear card Encoder status Beep test Your job is to: Build a clean ASP.NET Core Web API using the existing C# logic. Develop a simple React dashboard to test all encoder functions. The dashboard should include buttons and forms for each operation (Read Card, Room Card, Floor Card, Master Card, Staff Card, Security Card, Lost Card, Clear Card, Encoder Status, Beep Test). Display request details, API responses, and execution time for each operation. Write clean, maintainable, production-ready code.
