Part-Time TypeScript Engineer with Genesys Dialer Experience (5–10 hrs/week)

We're looking for a part-time engineer with experience in **TypeScript** and **Genesys Cloud/Genesys dialer integrations** to help maintain and improve our dialing platform. **Scope of work:** * Troubleshoot and resolve issues with our Genesys dialer integration * Update and maintain TypeScript code that interacts with our backend APIs * Diagnose API and integration issues between Genesys and our platform * Implement small feature enhancements and bug fixes * Collaborate asynchronously with our team as needed **Requirements:** * Strong TypeScript/JavaScript experience * Experience working with Genesys Cloud, Genesys dialer, or related Genesys APIs * Experience integrating with REST APIs * Ability to troubleshoot production issues and identify root causes * Strong debugging and communication skills * Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision **Project Details:** * 5–10 hours per week * Ongoing engagement for the right person * Flexible schedule with asynchronous communication * Looking for someone who can start soon **When applying, please include:** 1.
