Senior Technical Interviewer – GCP DevOps Engineer (Freelance)

Key Skills to Assess: Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Compute Engine, App Engine, GKE Kubernetes & Docker CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices Terraform, Ansible, Infrastructure as Code Cloud Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, Load Balancing) Cloud Security, Monitoring & Troubleshooting Python, Bash, or PowerShell scripting Multi-cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) Scalability, Automation, and Cost Optimization Responsibilities: Conduct 45–60 minute technical interviews. Evaluate candidates' hands-on expertise, architecture knowledge, and problem-solving abilities. Assess cloud infrastructure design, deployment automation, containerization, and operational excellence. Provide detailed interview feedback and hiring recommendations. Requirements: 10+ years of Cloud/DevOps experience. Strong hands-on experience with GCP and Kubernetes. Prior experience interviewing Cloud, DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering professionals. Ability to validate both theoretical knowledge and real-world implementation experience. GCP certifications (Professional Cloud Architect/DevOps Engineer) are a plus.
