US-Based Full-Stack Software Developer (Contract)

About Us We are a remote software development team working with startups and enterprise clients across web, mobile, AI, and automation projects. Although we're not yet an officially registered company, we've built a strong engineering team and are looking for another experienced developer to grow with us. We're seeking a US-based Full-Stack Software Developer for a long-term contract opportunity. Responsibilities - Build and maintain modern web applications. - Develop both frontend and backend features. - Collaborate with our distributed engineering team. - Participate in 4–5 client interviews per day during business hours. - Work in EST or PST time zones. - Use AI coding assistants to improve development speed and code quality. - Deliver clean, scalable, production-ready code. Requirements - Must be based in the United States. - Strong Full-Stack development experience. - Proficient with technologies such as: React / Next.js Node.js / Express TypeScript / JavaScript Python (preferred) SQL / NoSQL databases REST APIs - Excellent communication skills and comfortable speaking with clients. - Experience using AI development tools such as Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or ChatGPT. - Able to work independently in a remote environment. Preferred Qualifications - Experience with AI/ML or LLM applications. - Cloud experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure). - Mobile development experience (React Native or Flutter). - DevOps knowledge is a plus. Compensation This is a long-term contract position, not a traditional W-2/full-time employee role. - Months 1–2: $1,000/month - After the initial 2-month period: $2,500–$3,000/month, based on performance and project availability. We're looking for someone interested in building a long-term working relationship. The initial period allows both sides to evaluate the fit before moving to the higher monthly compensation.
