About Us We're an AI automations agency delivering full-stack AI solutions to clients — chatbots, AI agents, workflow automations, CRM systems, content engines, and custom dashboards. We handle strategy, sales, and client relationships. We need a reliable technical partner to build and deliver the projects under our brand. This is not a one-off gig. We're looking for someone who wants to become our go-to white-label development partner on an ongoing basis as we scale. What You'd Be Doing You'll receive project briefs from us with clear specs, prototypes, and technical requirements. You build it, we deliver it to the client under our brand. The client never knows you exist — that's the white-label arrangement. Typical projects include: AI-powered web dashboards — React/Next.js frontends with Supabase or PostgreSQL backends, integrated with Claude API or OpenAI via tool-calling patterns Workflow automations — n8n, Make, or custom Node.js pipelines connecting CRMs, email, Slack, Telegram, payment systems AI agents and chatbots — Claude API or OpenAI with structured tool-use, voice input (Web Speech API / Whisper), natural language interfaces CRM and client management systems — custom-built for niche industries (hospitality, luxury retail, professional services), with features like inline editing, search, Excel export, client intake forms Content and social media engines — AI-generated content calendars, draft generation, scheduling integrations Full-stack web apps — deployed on Vercel/Fly.io with auth, real-time data, and production-grade architecture We provide detailed briefs, interactive prototypes (often a working HTML demo you can open in a browser), database schemas, and AI architecture specs. You won't be guessing what to build. What We're Looking For We value speed above all else. AI-assisted development has changed the game. We're not looking for someone who codes every line by hand over weeks — we want a developer who uses Claude Code, Cursor, or similar AI coding tools as their primary workflow and can ship a full-stack app in days, not months. If you're already building this way, you know what we mean. If you're not, this isn't the right fit. Must-haves: Claude Code or Cursor power user — this is non-negotiable. You should be using AI-assisted development daily, not experimenting with it. We want to see that reflected in your speed. Minimum 10 projects completed using Claude Code or Cowork. Send us case studies or screen recordings of at least 3 of them showing what you built, how long it took, and the tools/stack used. Strong full-stack skills: React (or Next.js) + Tailwind CSS + Node.js Database experience: Supabase, PostgreSQL, or Firebase AI API integration: Claude API (Anthropic) and/or OpenAI API — specifically tool-calling / function-calling patterns Can take a written brief + visual prototype and turn it into a deployed production app Responsive communication — daily progress updates when actively building Comfortable with white-label arrangement (no attribution, no client contact) English proficiency for written communication Nice-to-haves: Experience with n8n, Make, or Zapier for workflow automation Telegram Bot API, WhatsApp Business API, or Slack integrations Stripe / payment gateway integration Voice interfaces (Web Speech API, ElevenLabs, Whisper) SheetJS or similar for data export features Experience deploying on Vercel, Fly.io, Railway, or similar platforms UI/UX sensibility — ability to match a premium design spec pixel-for-pixel How This Works We send you a project brief with specs, prototype, and timeline You quote a fixed price and timeline for each project You build it with daily check-ins and a shared GitHub repo We review, request revisions if needed, and you ship the final version We deploy and deliver to the client under our brand To Apply Please include: 2-3 examples of full-stack web apps you've built — ideally with AI integration, dashboards, or CRM-type features. Your experience with Claude API or OpenAI tool-calling — a brief description of what you've built with it Case studies from your Claude Code / Cowork projects — we require a minimum of 10 completed projects. Send us 3 case studies showing: what you built, the stack, how long it took, and a live link or screen recording. A Loom walkthrough of a project you shipped in a few days using Claude Code is worth more than a polished portfolio site. Your typical rate range for a full-stack build of ~80-120 hours (React + Supabase + AI integration) Your weekly availability — how many hours/projects can you take on simultaneously? Your timezone — we're flexible but need overlap for async communication Why This Is a Good Opportunity Steady pipeline — we're actively selling and have a growing client roster. This isn't a one-and-done post. Clear specs — you'll never get a vague "build me an app." We provide detailed briefs, prototypes, and architecture decisions. Your job is execution, not product design. Built for AI-native developers — our workflow assumes you're using Claude Code or similar tools. We spec projects knowing that an AI-assisted developer can move 3-5x faster than traditional development. We price and timeline accordingly — which means more projects and better earnings for someone who works this way.
