Top navigation menu wired up. Responsive pass — clean on mobile + desktop, no horizontal overflow. You do NOT do: -Write any content, articles, or copy (we provide all of it, in Vietnamese). -Source logos or affiliate links (we provide them). -Build a "replicable network/system" — that's a separate long-term role, not this gig.
