Zoho Creator Developer for Property Management

Zoho Creator Developer Needed for Existing Property Management Platform We are looking for an experienced Zoho Creator developer to help improve an existing property management platform used by a UK lettings and property management business. The system is already built in Zoho Creator and connects with Zoho Books, Zoho Writer, Zoho Sign, and Zoho ToDo. We do not want to rebuild it from scratch. We need targeted improvements, fixes, and practical new features. Main Work Required We need help with: * Improving rent tracking * Improving property expense reporting * Improving the process for cross-charging expenses to landlords * Improving landlord reporting * Improving profit reporting per property * Improving the contract renewals feature * Adding a Section 13 rent increase notice option for rent increases after 1 May * Improving tenant referencing by using a questionnaire/form * Setting up better filters/conditions for Right to Rent checks, so tenants who have moved out are not shown * Testing or building an integration with a suitable third-party referencing / Right to Rent / tenant screening provider * Reviewing and improving existing Deluge scripts and workflows where needed Current Zoho Apps Involved * Zoho Creator – main property management platform * Zoho Books – income, expenses, landlord charges, reporting, and property-level financials * Zoho Writer – document templates, notices, reports, and letters * Zoho Sign – signing agreements and documents * Zoho ToDo / Tasks – internal tasks and follow-ups Ideal Candidate You should have experience with: * Zoho Creator * Deluge scripting * Zoho Books integration * Zoho Writer templates * Zoho Sign integration * APIs, workflows, and automation * Working on existing apps built by another developer Experience with UK property management, lettings, accounting, rent tracking, landlord reporting, tenant referencing, Right to Rent checks, or contract renewal workflows would be a strong advantage. Important The platform is already live, so we need someone careful and efficient who can understand the current setup before making changes. We are not looking for unnecessary rebuilds or expensive over-engineering. As part of the recruitment process, we would expect the selected candidates to have an initial look at the current setup, understand the scope, and explain how they would approach the improvements before we agree any paid development work.
