Automated word and pdf report generation

Requirements: 1. Make a python code to generate a pdf diagnostic report as shown below. It has headers and footers. It gets the data like Ref no, Tag no, owner details, infection details from an excel sheet. The picture of the infection is obtained from a folder. 2. The python code needs to do the following: a. Parse an excel sheet with data. i. Each row is the data of one test, and one column mentions if the test is done or not and another column mentions if the test is approved by a doctor. If the test in a row is marked done and approved, then generate one report per row. ii. Each row has the patient details, patient medical history, current infection, location of the folder with infection pictures and prescription. iii. Populate the data in the report format, add the pictures, prescription and signatures. b. Highlight the positive infections in red font and make them bold c. Add suggestions in the suggestion box as given in the excel sheet d. Insert images from a folder structure as follows i. Open the parent folder as specified in the excel sheet ii. In the parent folder there will be subfolder of images with the folder names of the infection. Each infection folder has one jpeg picture cropped to a standard sire. Insert all the infection images as shown in the report e. Add the doctor’s signature and title if the excel sheet says ‘approved’ in the designated cell. f. All the individual word docs should be kept in a designated folder typically named as the date. g. Ask the user and generate all individual pdfs named as “Roha_Precision_Ref.no._Owner_name_Tag_number_date. All the pdfs are exported to a designated folder. 3. There should be a way to change the template of the diagnostic report on page 1 and the prescription on page 2, if necessary, in the future.
