Build HIPAA-Compliant AI Health Summary SaaS MVP (Python/Node + AI) - Phase 1

Project Goal Create a secure web portal where I can upload multiple patient documents (labs, reports, dictated H&P notes, etc.). The AI parses them and generates a clean, patient-friendly 1-3 page PDF summary with my preferred structure.
