Claude Code Expert for Building Premium Custom Business Websites

We're a web design and development agency based in the UAE. We build premium custom websites for small and medium-sized businesses across the UAE. Unlike most agencies, we don't use page builders or generic templates. Our websites are custom-built using Google AI Studio (Antigravity) for planning and Claude Code for development, with developers refining and shipping production-quality code. We're looking for someone who is genuinely exceptional with Claude Code and modern frontend development. This is not a prompt engineering role. We need someone who understands web development first and knows how to use Claude Code to accelerate high-quality development. What you'll be doing Building complete responsive websites from provided designs or references Using Claude Code efficiently throughout the development process Writing clean, maintainable HTML, CSS and JavaScript Creating websites that feel premium rather than AI-generated Optimizing for performance and Core Web Vitals Making websites responsive across desktop, tablet and mobile Adding subtle modern animations and interactions Ensuring clean SEO structure and accessibility Fixing bugs and refining existing projects when needed We're looking for someone who: Has extensive experience using Claude Code for web development Can build websites that look custom and professionally designed Writes clean, organized code Understands responsive design extremely well Has strong UI/UX instincts Can recreate high-end websites with pixel-level attention to detail Cares about performance, speed and code quality Communicates clearly and reliably Can work independently once requirements are provided Tech Stack Claude Code HTML CSS JavaScript Modern frontend development Git (preferred) Experience with React or Next.js is a bonus but not required. What we don't want Generic AI-generated websites Cookie-cutter templates Elementor or heavy page builders Messy or difficult-to-maintain code Developers who rely entirely on AI without understanding the code Project Details Most projects are websites for local UAE businesses, including: Construction companies Real estate businesses Consultants Service businesses Restaurants Healthcare Home services Small local businesses Most websites are between 5 and 15 pages. If things go well, we're looking for someone to work with on an ongoing basis as we continue to grow.
