Dispatcher Dashboard and Backend Rebuild

I run a last-mile delivery company with fifteen vehicles, and I need a full-stack web developer to build the dispatcher dashboard and backend that my office runs on. The mobile app for drivers is already being built elsewhere. Your job is the web platform—live GPS tracking, route assignment, order management, proof of delivery, and QuickBooks integration. The current Node.js/PostgreSQL codebase is a mess and needs a full rebuild. I am open to React or Vue and Node, Python, or Laravel—just own your stack. This is forty hours weekly, long-term, at thirty-five to sixty-five dollars per hour with EST overlap. Apply with "ROUTE" first, then your stack preference, two project links, availability confirmation, and why you want long-term stability. Miss any and I delete. I pay on time and do not micromanage.
