Full-Stack Developer for a FinTech SaaS Marketplace Platform | Next.js, Node.js & PostgreSQL

We are looking for an experienced full-stack developer to help build, improve, and scale a modern FinTech SaaS marketplace platform. The platform will connect businesses and users through secure, role-based dashboards and streamlined financial workflows. The ideal developer should be comfortable taking ownership of both frontend and backend software development, understanding existing business requirements, and turning them into reliable, production-ready features. The application is being developed using Next.js, React, TypeScript, Node.js, and PostgreSQL. The work will involve building responsive user and administrator dashboards, secure authentication, role-based access control, account management, marketplace listings, search and filtering, messaging, notifications, transaction records, subscriptions, payment processing, reporting, and administrative controls. Key responsibilities may include: * Developing and improving frontend features using Next.js, React, and TypeScript * Building secure and scalable backend APIs with Node.js * Designing, maintaining, and optimizing the PostgreSQL database * Creating separate dashboards for customers, service providers, and administrators * Implementing payment, subscription, commission, and transaction workflows * Integrating Stripe, Stripe Connect, banking APIs, or other third-party financial services * Building advanced search, filtering, reporting, and analytics features * Improving authentication, permissions, data security, and audit logs * Resolving bugs and optimizing the platform’s performance and reliability * Supporting testing, deployment, monitoring, and ongoing production improvements We may also introduce practical AI-powered features into the platform, including intelligent search, document processing, automated data extraction, financial report summaries, customer-support assistance, recommendations, and workflow automation. Experience with OpenAI APIs, generative AI, or AI integration would therefore be valuable. The right developer should have strong experience with full-stack SaaS development, marketplace platforms, financial software, API integrations, PostgreSQL, and scalable application architecture. You should be able to write clean and maintainable code, communicate progress clearly, identify technical risks, and recommend practical solutions when requirements need refinement. This is not a basic website or short-term landing-page project.
