Dialogue HR MVP — AI-Powered HR Investigation Web App (Fixed Price) We are a registered UK company (dialoguehr.com) building a remote investigation platform for retail chains. Store managers currently travel between locations to conduct disciplinary hearings with handwritten notes. We are digitising this entire process. We need a responsive web app (mobile, tablet, desktop — no native app) with the following: SECURE LOGIN Employee number and password login. Three roles: Manager, Employee, Witness. JWT auth. Password reset via email. Session timeout after 60 minutes. AI QUESTION GENERATION Manager selects case type (Grievance, Gross Misconduct, Disciplinary, Witness Statement), types the allegation, and the system calls the Claude/Gemini/GPT API to generate 6-10 tailored investigation questions following ACAS guidelines. Manager can edit questions before starting. LIVE SESSION WITH GOOGLE SPEECH-TO-TEXT All three participants join via unique secure links or QR code (for in-person). Live transcript appears in real time using Google Cloud Speech-to-Text API. Manager sees all questions and can edit transcript. Employee and Witness see current question only — never the full list. Both can flag errors. Manager corrects all flagged lines. DIGITAL SIGN-OFF AND PDF TO HR After the session all three review and sign digitally. System generates a PDF with case details, full transcript, timestamps and signatures, then emails it automatically to a pre-set HR email address. All session data deleted from server immediately after confirmed delivery. AI OUTCOME LETTER GENERATOR Manager uploads signed PDFs from completed case stages. Selects outcome type (Summary Dismissal, First Warning, Final Warning, Grievance Upheld/Not Upheld, No Further Action). AI generates a draft formal UK HR outcome letter. Manager edits and sends to employee and HR simultaneously. All uploaded files deleted from session immediately after sending.
