Full-Stack Web Application Developer – Excel to Production Business Application

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Software Developer to take an existing Excel-based quoting and business management system and transform it into a professional web application for a vehicle wrap, PPF, window tint, and detailing business. This is not simply an Excel conversion project. While we have a working Excel workbook that contains much of the pricing logic and workflow, the system still requires additional development, workflow improvements, new features, and ongoing refinement to operate the way we need in a production environment. Project Overview We currently have an Excel system that includes: Customer intake Vehicle database Wrap, PPF, tint, and detailing quoting Labor calculations Material calculations Add-on pricing Job tracking Dashboard reporting The selected developer will be responsible for: Converting the existing Excel-based workflow into a modern application. Improving and refining workflows where needed. Building additional features and functionality not currently in the workbook. Creating a scalable foundation that can continue to evolve as the business grows. Requirements Strong experience with: Full-Stack Web Application Development React / Next.js (or similar modern framework) Backend Development Database Design and Management Business Process Automation Responsive Desktop and Tablet Interfaces API Integrations PDF Generation and Reporting User Authentication and Permissions Desired Features The final system will include: Customer management Vehicle database management Quote generation and editing PPF package builder Wrap, tint, and detailing calculators Job tracking and production workflow Dashboard and KPI reporting User accounts and permissions Cloud-based data storage PDF quote generation Administrative settings and pricing management Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who can: Understand existing business processes Recommend workflow improvements Think beyond simply recreating Excel Communicate clearly and collaborate on feature development We already have a substantial amount of business logic built in Excel. We are looking for a developer who can both convert the existing system and continue developing it into a complete production-ready business application.
