Laravel 7 to Latest Version Upgrade Review

We are looking for an experienced Laravel developer to review an existing Laravel 7 application and give us practical guidance for upgrading it to a modern Laravel version. The application is an internal business system with a Laravel API backend, Laravel Nova, MySQL, Docker, SQL Server integrations, and a Nuxt/Vue frontend. This first job is not the full upgrade implementation. We want a short technical review and recommendations. Expected work: - Review the current Laravel 7 setup and composer dependencies - Identify major upgrade risks from Laravel 7 to the latest stable version - Check potential issues around PHP version, Laravel Nova, Docker, migrations, and API compatibility - Recommend a safe upgrade path - Point out which areas should be tested before starting the upgrade - Provide a short written summary of findings and next steps Estimated effort: around 5 hours.
