Make PDF Fillable & Signable

I have an existing PDF that people currently can’t type in, and I need it converted into a fully fillable, sign-ready form. Every section that holds information should accept standard text input, specific date fields must validate to a true date format, and the checkboxes have to toggle cleanly...
