n8n + Supabase + React — Complete AI Operations System for Healthcare Provider (Fixed Price)

Overview We are a healtcare support provider. We have already built the foundation of an AI-powered operations system and need a developer to complete it end-to-end. Full technical documentation, all credentials, and a working codebase are provided from day one you are not starting from scratch. The system automates case note documentation, daily management reporting, participant intelligence, and calculations for our support team. When complete, healthcare workers will dictate their case notes by voice, management will receive daily AI-generated reports, and our AI chat agent will be able to answer questions about any cleint going back 12+ months. What's Already Built • 5 live n8n Cloud workflows (daily AI digest, chat agent, monthly archiver, KM reimbursement report, voice agent) needs testing and refining • React + TypeScript web application with chat interface already built using manus • All API credentials configured OpenAI, Gmail, Google Sheets OAuth2 (nothing to set up) • Google Sheets as the live data source What You Need to Fix • The automated email outputs (daily digest and KM report) are running but producing incorrect data needs debugging across the full data pipeline • The Monthly Archiver generates AI summaries but does not save them anywhere — the Supabase storage step needs to be connected • The Chat Agent uses a static system prompt needs to be updated to use live data from Supabase once connected What You Need to Build 1. Supabase Long-Term Memory (most important) Set up a Supabase database, connect the Monthly Archiver to write monthly AI participant summaries to it, and update the Chat Agent to query those summaries when answering historical questions. This gives the agent 12+ months of memory. 2. Voice Case Note Dictation for Workers Build a mobile-friendly voice dictation interface where workers speak their case notes, OpenAI Whisper transcribes them, AI formats them into a structured case notes, and the note is automatically saved to the correct Google Sheets tab. 3. Role-Based Access Control Management (2 people) see the full system — chat agent, reports, analytics. workers see only the voice dictation tool for their own notes. Completely separate interfaces. 4. New Month Sheet Detection Update workflows to automatically detect and read the current month's Google Sheets tabs without manual updates each month. 5. Operations Dashboard Replace the placeholder dashboard in the web app with real metrics incident count, staff utilisation, KM driving totals, documentation quality trends. 6. Reports Generator On-demand generation of compliant documentation monthly progress reports, incident summaries, plan review evidence packages. 7. Publish the Web App Deploy the finished application so it is accessible to management and support workers on any device.
