Odoo 19 Studio, Build a pdf extractor to fill out custom form

In odoo 19 Online we have a custom module with fields of type: Integer, String, Many2one, Many2many, one2many, selection. End user will fill this data original on the field on a digital 1-page PDF which will be later signed by the customer, using Odoo studio create a simple way for the end user to upload this pdf and get odoo to extract the key information from it and fill the record automatically Deliverables: - Full documentation for every step to replicate the configuration - Automation made in test database
